Reparo are an independently owned finance company that provide innovative financial packages to the UK SME market. Our funding lines are provided by strong and committed financial backers which enable us to provide a quick and efficient service.
The shareholders and the management team at Reparo have a combined experience of over 80 years of lending to companies throughout the UK. We are also business owners and entrepreneurs ourselves, therefore we understand the issues that a small business owner and / or director faces. We have started businesses from scratch and come up against many of the problems and frustrations that you face. We are not faceless career banking people, we want to understand your business and work with you.

Andrew has spent the last 20 years in corporate lending, initially working for Lloyds TSB, NM Rothschild & Sons and Credit Agricole. Andrew has previously established two finance companies, one an independent and one linked to an equity house. Andrew has experience of lending to all asset classes and has lent in all situations, from distressed through to high quality transactional situations.
Sharon has worked in finance for the last 15 years, latterly as Head of Relationship Management at Aldermore. Sharon has been involved in lending to businesses of varying sizes and sectors in the SME market and understands the issues they face in the current economic climate. She has been involved in new office set ups and also worked in change environments, enabling her to relate to the growing pains and challenges experienced by many companies.
Clare has over 20 years’ accountancy experience having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Binder Hamlyn in 1991. She has worked in a variety business sectors for a broad range of companies including international organisations and SMEs in Manchester, London and the Isle of Man. She has spent over 10 years working in the financial services sector. Clare is married and has two daughters. She enjoys rock climbing, skiing, walking and keeping fit.
New Business Director
Mark is the managing director of Red Flag Alert which is an online portal that provides in-depth company reports, business monitoring and unlimited sales and marketing data to its clients. Mark is responsible for the marketing strategy to promote the business throughout the SME sector. Red Flag Alert have developed the software that will be used within Reparo for the screening and assessment of opportunities as it utilises the data reports and analysis already established within Red Flag Alert.
Jason has worked in commercial finance for over 10 years starting at RBS Invoice Finance, before moving into a consultancy role in the growing alternative finance market. Jason has worked with SME’s and prides himself on understanding the requirements of a business to then tailor the finance solution accordingly. His experience working with various businesses, in all types of situations enables him to work with and support business owners.
Business Development Manager
Liam has over 10 years commercial finance experience, initially working for NM Rothschild & Sons, GE Commercial Finance & ABN AMRO. In March 2016 Liam was awarded with the national ABFA "Top Diploma Student" award. In previous roles Liam has worked on mentoring projects helping other colleagues with their development . Liam has worked with businesses of varying sizes and sectors and understands the pressures business owners face.
Assistant Relationship Manager
Kelly has worked in the finance industry for over 12 years, both in the Corporate and Commercial and Retail sectors for The Royal Bank of Scotland. Kelly worked with businesses day to day to help them with all their banking needs. The experience gained from working with businesses of varying size and turnover helps now to understand what support businesses need at different points in time and the challenges they may be facing.
