They wanted to buy two new properties that were being sold for less than market value.

Their other company maintains and builds petrol station forecourts on behalf of several well-known brands and has an annual turnover of £5 million. 

We were happy to provide a £50k Reparo Cashflow loan, secured by two director personal guarantees.

The loan term was 52 weeks and we will be repaid once the property is refurbished and put on a buy-to-let mortgage.
